Foldable phones now offer a genuine alternative to conventional smartphones, but their benefits come with different compromises. The right choice depends less on novelty and more on how you use your phone, what you are willing to carry and how comfortable you are with repair risk. I run a mobile-phone shop, and customers often like the appearance and feel of a foldable when they handle one. The questions usually begin after that: Is the inner screen durable?
